The 2007 Summer Season: Off to a Great Start Part 2

June 3rd 2007 by phidgt in Golfing

After Saturday’s big day of golf, the players were a bit tired and ready for a few relaxing rounds. The first round was played in the morning with just Seymour and phrog. Things got off to a pretty slow start, but then it was a pretty slow day. Afternoon clouds rolled in bringing some welcome rain and some much needed rest for the golfers. After a few hours the skies once again cleared and our golfers were ready for another round. This time phrog and Seymour were joined by phidgt. She managed to pull off a 3 over par despite suffering from a sunburn received on Saturday and losing two balls. Noah arrived at the clubhouse for a round late in the day. When the weather cooperates, the Steamboat Hills Country Club can be played until 8:00pm in the summertime. It was another great round for Seymour. He shot a 10 under par. A personal best for him at the course.
